As a continuation of the legal operation which enabled thearrest of six individuals in Bezons (Val-d'Oise) Monday January 13, 2025, a net position transaction was launched by the Val-d'Oise prefecture.
It is in this context that the police, agents of the Val-d'Oise Departmental Directorate for the Protection of Populations (Ddpp 95) and theUrssaf have taken over several businesses in the city. Their mission was twofold: to ensure that health rules were respected and fight against undeclared work.
150 kg of food products destroyed
This Wednesday, January 15, 2025, these controls led to the destruction of 150 kg of food products unfit for consumption, indicates the Val-d'Oise prefecture. State services also specify that an administrative closure has been initiated against the supérette BS Cash and carrylocated 152, rue Maurice-Berteaux, for the employment of two foreigners without a job title.
The day before, another administrative closure procedure had already been initiated by the prefecture against an automobile garage for the concealed work of several foreigners without work permits.
