During the night of Tuesday January 14 to Wednesday January 15, the window of the barber located at 18 rue Rivotte in Besançon was the target of several gunshots. In total, fifteen 5.56 mm caliber cases were found. This corresponds to assault rifle ammunition.

The police arrived on the scene around 2 a.m. and a forensic technician made the first findings.

According to the government directory of French companies, the Monsieur Barber company was created in January 2024. The manager, born in 1996, owns two other companies in the Besançon region.
According to the Est Républicain, he is the brother of a local figure of organized crime: Mohamed Mordjane sentenced to 30 years of criminal imprisonment on December 20, 2024 for the murder of Houcine Hakkar. The latter is recognized by the courts as being the mastermind of the network of drug traffickers called the “Picardie” clan. He is currently on the run.
