In Finistère, firefighters come across a burning vehicle by chance: the driver unhurt

The 23-year-old driver did not even have time to call for help. Around 6 p.m., Tuesday January 14, 2025, she noticed a problem with her vehicle, a Polo Volkswagen. Once stopped, on the D58 near Plouénan (Finistère), it moves away: a fire starts at the brake of the right rear wheel. Firefighters, who happened to be passing by on this road, stopped to put out the flames.

The driver is unhurt. A repairer from the Pont-neuf garage, in Saint-Pol-de-Léon, took charge of the vehicle.
