The Confederation of African Football (CAF) unveiled, this Wednesday, January 15, 2025, the hats of the participating teams in the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN), which will take place in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
A few hours before the CHAN 2024 draw (6:00 p.m.), CAF published the hats of the selections which will take part in this competition, initially scheduled for February 1 to 28, 2025, but finally postponed to August.
Thus, the Moroccan selection appears in Pot A alongside Niger, Congo and Madagascar.
Pot B includes Mauritania, Guinea, Sudan and Angola, while the Democratic Republic of Congo, Zambia, Burkina Faso and the Central African Republic are in Pot C.
-In total, 17 African selections will participate in CHAN, while waiting for the other 2 who will have to qualify for the competition.
