Landes. Teenager evacuated by helicopter after being hit by car

A young teenager from 12 ans was seriously injured Gabarret this Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at midday. According to initial information, he was hit by a car on Boulevard Lapègue.

When help arrived, he was unconscious. A SMUR team took charge of the victim to provide him with first aid. After assessment, it was decided to transfer by helicopter from GET 64. The latter landed on the local club's rugby field before flying towards the Pellegrin hospital in Bordeaux.
The gendarmerie went to the scene to make initial findings and question the driver who hit the teenager.
