Yellow Vests’ notebooks of grievances: “These contributions have never been taken into consideration”

Grievance books are made available to residents in town halls. It was a success: 19,899 notebooks, containing more than 200,000 contributions, were recorded. But six years later, these wishes have remained unheeded.
