Already established in Corbas for several years, the Chartres group opened this summer a agency in Porte-de-Savoie.
The new entity thus shines on Savoie and Haute-Savoie. With this opening, Lorillard building strengthens its national presence, now bringing nine the number of agencies throughout France.

It is Alisson Callet who heads the new entity. “This new agency meets essential strategic needs. It allows us to respond to calls for tender over a larger scope than before, while strengthening our presence and activity across our entire sector,” she explains.
At his side, we find Julien Elgueworks manager, and at the very beginning of 2025, the team will be expanded with the arrival of a site manager and new works managers. The agency, which is aimed atsocial landlords, public administrations, developers, private clients and architects, specializes in renovation of exterior joinery.
It has already undertaken several emblematic projects, notably with Opac Savoiethe CAF of Chambéry, the headquarters ofAlps Isère Habitat (100% recycled aluminum joinery) and Halpades in Annecy, where it rehabilitates the exterior joinery of 226 homes located in La Plaine.
Today, the Lorillard building entity, of the Lorillard group, brings together nearly 170 employees who achieved a turnover of 85 million euros in 2024. With this ninth agency, the brand aims for a turnover of nearly 90 million euros for 2025.
