Two men arrested following the attack on Wednesday on several caregivers in the emergency room of Annemasse (Haute-Savoie) were referred on Saturday to the Thonon-les-Bains judicial court and will be tried on Monday in immediate appearance, said the prosecution.

The two men were arrested the next day, when they presented themselves at the Annemasse police station to complain about the conditions of their admission to hospital and a refusal of treatment.
They dispute the hospital staff’s version and claim that the injured man’s brother was attacked after pointing out to a caregiver that she smelled of alcohol.
