Ranked 8th in the global ranking of the climate performance index (CCPI 2025) unveiled during COP29 in Baku, Morocco reaffirms its leadership in climate action by hosting a major event which should redefine the challenges of sustainable mobility on a regional scale. It hosts the “Green Impact Expo & Summit 2025” which will be held from January 11 to 13 in Anfa Park (Casablanca). The event, initiated by the FTL-CGEM, will also see the participation of the Economic, Social and Environmental Council (CESE).
In the context of the new cycle of NDC 3.0 ambition launched during COP29, this event positions itself not only as a space for exchanges between public and private actors, but also as a catalyst for change for Africa and for all the region, promoting a framework conducive to innovation, the development of competitive solutions for businesses, and the adoption of good practices.
Placed under the aegis of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development, the Ministry of Transport and Logistics and the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform, this event embodies the national commitment to an accelerated transition towards greener and inclusive mobility. The discussions will focus in particular on regulatory, financial, technical, technological and digitalization levers. Particular emphasis will be placed on incentives for innovation to improve the resilience and performance of economic actors, as well as on monitoring and networking tools intended to create an ecosystem of actors committed over the long term.
