If you want to buy an apartment in 2025, this is the event not to be missed. On January 22, the Évry-Courcouronnes judicial court will organize a public auction four apartments and commercial premises. The goods put up for sale will be offered at prices much lower than those of the current market.

According to the specialized site licitor.com, four apartments located in Grigny, Longjumeau, Étampes, Les Ulis, and commercial office space in Corbeil-Essonnes will be put up for sale during the hearing on January 22, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This is surely the most attractive offer from this audience. An apartment with an area of 47.30 m², located rue de la République in Étampes, is priced at €37,000.
