The Department stands alongside the people of Finistère in major moments of celebration as well as in the crises that the territory is going through. He wishes to embody a pole of stability and confidence. Also, since the start of the mandate, he has carried out a series of bold reforms intended to strengthen social cohesion, the economy and the attractiveness of our territory, and to improve our living environment by making budgetary savings.

Accessibility of the magazine Head of the World is a major concern of the Department's teams working on its design. All audiences must be able to understand the information communicated to them.
The articles are written with the help of the Atelier FALC team at ESAT de Cornouaille, in Concarneau. “Easy to Read and Understand” summaries are offered to facilitate understanding of the subjects. On the pages, are these texts the ones you read first?
