Since the launch of the ambitious socio-cultural center project in Les Epinettes, a technical group coordinated by CLAVIM has brought together local associations (Un Quotidien plus Vert, Ecolau, ALPEGE and ASTI, etc.), several City services, local structures (leisure centers, neighborhood center, Halle des Épinettes, etc.) and prevention and mediation services.

This future equipment aims to program fun, artistic, cultural, educational and social activities with children, adolescents and families in the neighborhood. It will also play an interface role between the different local actors.

The “families” project will be integrated into the overall activities of the center. It will aim to develop collective actions for the development of parents and children, to strengthen intra-family and intergenerational links in connection with the Parent-Child Space and the Andrée Chedid Space, resource places in terms of support for parenthood.

An original participation approach will also be put in place, with the creation of groups for children, young people, adults and seniors and thematic support groups. These groups will work in conjunction with existing bodies, such as neighborhood councils and local associations. The socio-cultural center will also offer awareness-raising sessions on urban biodiversity. Likewise, a section on the sciences of the universe will be offered, with cycles of conferences, workshops and exhibitions around astronomy and astrophysics.

From January to April 2025, several surveys and interviews will be carried out with residents and resource stakeholders in the neighborhood to define the actions to be undertaken. The results will be presented to institutions, notably the CAF des Hauts-de-Seine and various groups formed, in order to validate the next stages of the project.

CLAVIM invites you to participate, dialogue, listen, dream and drive this project which aims to enrich the life of the Épinettes district.
