Samba Diallo reacted via his Instagram account to deny the rumors relayed by D Sports, according to which he had opted for Guinea. Although a change of nationality was considered a few months ago, the Senegalese international clearly stated his commitment to representing Senegal.
“I received this information in the same way as you,” assures the Hapoel Jerusalem player, before continuing. I would like to assure you that I am and will remain an international Senegalese. I was born Senegalese and I feel Senegalese. This nation gave me everything and I must give it everything back. I have only one option: it is the A selection of my country. I am patient and I know that the selection is open to everyone. I just have to work to earn a potential call from the coach,” wrote the young Senegalese player.
Trained at the Darou Salam Foot Academy in Dakar, Samba Diallo was recruited in 2021 by Dynamo kyiv (Ukraine) with whom he is still under contract until December 2026. Samba Diallo is currently on loan to Hapoel Jerusalem, club Israeli first division. He took part in 10 matches for 2 goals this season.
