Among the demands expressed, the need to establish a professional path without conditions stands out, thus guaranteeing the preservation of workers’ rights and achievements. Executives insist on the importance of promotion based on diplomas, an approach which would strengthen not only the recognition of skills, but also motivation within administrative teams.

Participants also called for a reduction in working hours, accompanied by explicit and balanced clarification of the tasks to be accomplished. This requirement aims to eliminate inappropriate missions that are not in line with the specificities of each framework, making it possible to better target efforts and optimize human resources in establishments.

They also proposed the establishment of an annual, transparent and equitable electronic movement, intended to facilitate access for professionals to all development opportunities within the education system.

Another crucial point raised concerns the repeal of the system of charges, in addition to appointments to permanent positions. Executives also ask that compensation, particularly that relating to expenses, travel and missions, be taken into account systematically, in order to guarantee fair working conditions.

« We are meeting today in Rabat to address an appeal to the Ministry of National Education to resolve all of our problems, particularly those related to the indignities regarding additional tasks added to our main missions. We can notably cite the management of the treasury of the association responsible for supporting success within educational establishments. Please note that we are responsible for financing as well as expenses incurred in these establishments. In addition, we manage two to three establishments simultaneously“, explained Yassir Ait Mousse, one of the executives participating in the sit-in, in a statement to Hespress FR.

And to continue: “ This is not normal and does not correspond to the compensation that has been set for this specialist in economics and administration. Indeed, this person is both the manager of the material and financial services of the establishments, and also occupies the role of treasurer within the association supporting educational establishments. This is part of our demands« .
