Six finalist teams, representing participating schools, presented their work to mentors from the DDB Talent Factory. Organized by the Zone Bleue DDB teams, this initiative aims to promote advertising in all its facets.
Two months ago, the DDB Talent Factory opened its doors to future advertising talents. This platform offers an incubation program aimed at students at the end of their course (bachelor’s or master’s), with mentoring opportunities, boot camps, award-winning competitions. It is with this in mind that students from partner schools ENCG Casablanca HEM Business & Engineering School, Comsup Art’Com sup Collège Lasalle Maroc, ESAV Marrakech applied to try their hand at and measure their creative talent. And today there are 6 finalist teams competing for first place and at the same time shaping the future of advertising and digital communication.
“We were impressed by the exceptional quality of the proposals. These students demonstrated bold creativity, brilliant strategic thinking, and unwavering commitment. Their work reflects not only their talent, but also their ability to take on real challenges in the world of advertising,” announced Amine Laraki, 1st Associate Managing Director, Zone Bleue DDB, on social networks. As designed, the DDB Talent Factory competition offers young people the opportunity to be supported in developing their passion. The transmission plays a key role in the success of this stage. The mentors played the game and the video broadcast on the manager’s LinkedIn network confirms this. It immortalizes the inspiring moments that reflect the energy, audacity and excellence of the finalists and mentors. The platform makes it possible to reveal talents, support them and guide them in their career in advertising. The promotion of innovation makes it possible, in fact, to detect the potential of each participant and promote it. The emulation created between the teams also helps push young people to look deep within themselves. Advertising can only be enriched by it. For now, the teams are preparing for the final. “At the basis of an effective advertising idea, nothing is more powerful than a dive into the heart of human nature,” Bill Bernbach, its founder, liked to say.
