The mayor of Clef Vallée d’Eure, Ollivier Lepinteurand its councilors had invited their constituents to a public meeting in each delegated municipality, at the end of November 2024, just one year after their election during partial municipal elections at the end of 2023.
In front of more than 150 Clefvalleur residents, the municipal team presented the results of its actions carried out after a first year in office.
Elected officials developed their program established according to the priorities and values expressed by the population. The objective was to make the town “attractive, supportive, secure, beautified, responsible and lively, in which it is good to live”.
Communication

The abandoned synthetic pitch project

School life

Costs and finances
Cleanliness, maintenance and beautification of municipalities, the acquisition of material and equipment for technical service amounts to €80,000. The overall cost of bringing public structures and buildings up to standard amounts to €50,000.
The sale of real estate brought in the sum of €230,000. The municipal team announces debt reduction with an improvement in cash flow of €200,000.
Medical center
The most important project concerns the medical center. Initially planned for the presbytery, it will ultimately be installed next to the pharmacy. The municipality took advantage of a recent opportunity to acquire the adjoining property of the Levézier family:
“After study, we realized that the building met all the demands of health professionals. We found common ground with the owners. The physiotherapists installed at the crossroads have given their agreement to join the medical center”
The acquisition of the property was voted on during the municipal council on Monday, December 16. With the development of the senior home at the presbytery, this new location would centralize and optimize around a common health project as close as possible to the population.
