In this show, Anne Boétie and her guests will highlight the culinary specialties that make our region so rich. THE chef Stéphane Carbonelocated in the area, will share with them tasty and refined recipes. On the menu: scallops, trou normand, pomme tatin from … They will concoct a festive menu with little onions.

Under the sign of conviviality, discover the magic of New Year’s Eve in a unique setting located in the heart of the Pays d’Auge: the Domaine Le Coq Enchanté, in Cambremer.

The decorations, the atmosphere, the meal, the music, the fireplace… Everything is there to enchant this Christmas period and have a wonderful time.

The evening will begin with Mother-High Schoolthe bartender. It will offer creative non-alcoholic cocktails, based on Normandy products.

You will then follow the Norman personalities who will immerse themselves in the preparations for an unforgettable New Year’s Eve. In the evening, they will share their memories of the end of year celebrations around the table, where everyone tells their story of Normandy.

Among them, Michel Bussithe writer with dozens of bestsellers, will talk about his childhood memories and his latest book.

During this evening, the 2025 projects will be discussed, notably Amélie Clementartistic director of the company Le Ballon vert. She will speak about the Millennium Operatic Parade in the city of Caen, a highly anticipated event on May 9.

During the preview on Tuesday December 17 at 6:00 p.m. in , Anne Boétie told us a funny anecdote about one of the guests:

In this show, I welcome Hélène Sido, a comedian who comes from Falaise. Hélène told her mom that she had a great shoot in the countryside. Her mother replied: “Great, my daughter has made it, she took part in the show “a Sunday in the countryside” with Frédéric Lopez”.
