Threats to neighbors with a weapon, in Bourges
A 22-year-old young man was arrested and taken into custody at the Bourges police station. He is suspected of having threatened the neighbors of a relative who was hosting him with a weapon, while they asked him to make less noise.
Heavily alcoholic, the young man, under guardianship and until then unknown to the justice system, would have indicated during his custody that he did not remember anything. The weapon used, in poor condition, was not in working order.
The Bourges public prosecutor's office lifted the young man's custody this Wednesday, December 25, with a summons to appear before the Bourges criminal court in the coming months for threats with weapons.
Suspected of violence against her spouse in Sainte-Gemme-en-Sancerrois
A woman was arrested in Sainte-Gemme-en-Sancerrois, following an argument with her partner under the influence of alcohol. She is suspected of having scratched him. The latter did not wish to file a complaint. The suspect, previously unknown to the justice system, will have to complete an awareness course on domestic violence by decision of the Bourges public prosecutor's office.
Speeding and alcohol in Limeux
Several speeding incidents were noted by the soldiers of the Cher departmental road safety squadron who are increasing the number of checks during this end-of-year holiday period.
A 30-year-old man was notably checked by the Rapid Intervention Team (ERI) of the motorized platoon (PMO) of Vierzon, this Tuesday, December 24, on the RD23, in Limeux, around 5 p.m. Beyond speeding, the thirty-year-old was driving at 141 km/h (133 retained after application of the tolerance margin) for a speed limited to 80 km/h, the driver, a resident of Limeux, was positive for alcohol. He had a level of 0.68 mg of alcohol per liter of exhaled air, or 1.36 g of alcohol per liter of blood. The military proceeded to withhold the driver's license who will also be summoned to court.
