Tears streamed down the faces of residents gathered in Toulouse (Haute-Garonne), during the minute of silence dedicated to the victims of Cyclone Chido in Mayotte (Overseas), Monday December 23. Emotion and seriousness could be read in the looks of the Mahorais.
