After children's clothing, this Beauvais trader is launching into women's ready-to-wear

Passing in front of “Méli Mélo Tribu” at Beauvais (Oise), we are tempted to push the doors of so many second-hand clothes to children up to 12 years old is attractive. Bright colors, a warm atmosphere encourages us to snoop, search. You can find everything there, from baby clothes to young adult sizes, games, books…

You feel at ease there and that's what makes the charm of this little shop which has transformed the experience. A little over a year after opening in a “test shop” location, it now has everything it needs to be big.

For Christmas, second-hand goods come closer to the trees

With a smile on her lips, Cécile Bachelet says that she “promised herself not to pursue a career in commerce”, yet today Méli Mélo Tribu is her baby. For her, it is another way of shopping, “more ecological since no shipping, no returns” pretty brands, good quality clothing at more than reasonable prices.

This is a great way to review your way of consuming and to offer second-hand goods in the run-up to Christmas. Cécile welcomes us, advises us, guides us in our choices, a real moment of relaxation.

She collects the clothes, sorts them then puts them on sale. If they wish in exchange, customers can benefit from a voucher within the store. For the more traditional Cécile offers a loyalty card.

A special women's department will open in January

The Méli Mélo project is growing: soon a special department offering a range of women's clothing will open with personalized appointments on Monday afternoon.

This one-hour personalized shopping slot will allow the manager to respond to your specific requests.

Ces 20 m² additional will offer all sizes from January: from 32-34 going to 40-42 or even 48. For the holidays, you will also find something to shine for New Year’s Evewhether for Christmas or New Year, with for example pretty outfits for little girls or Christmas pajamas for babies.
