The Ryanair company continues its expansion from Paris-Beauvais by announcing a new connection to Essaouira, on the Moroccan Atlantic coast. Starting March 31, 2025, two weekly flights, scheduled on Mondays and Fridays, will allow travelers to make both short and long stays.
This new destination is part of Ryanair's strategy aimed at strengthening connections between France and Morocco. For summer 2025, the company is already offering flights from Paris-Beauvais to Marrakech, Fez and Agadir. The addition of Essaouira enriches the offer by highlighting a city less frequented by mass tourism, but rich in cultural and natural attractions.
Ryanair passengers will use Terminals 1 and 2 of the airport depending on their destination. To reach Paris-Beauvais, shuttles provide a direct connection from Porte Maillot in Paris in approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. Travelers by car can take advantage of the airport's car parks, with preferential rates available by booking online.
Located 17 kilometers from its airport, Essaouira is accessible by collective or individual taxi, with a journey time of approximately 20 minutes.
The medina, listed as a UNESCO world heritage site, seduces with its picturesque streets converging towards the port, where blue boats line up on the quays. The 18th century ramparts offer a breathtaking view of the ocean, while the artisan workshops reveal local know-how in working with cedar wood.
To the north and south of the city, long beaches attract water sports enthusiasts thanks to a constant wind suitable for surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing. The main beach, protected by the island of Mogador, invites you to swim and relax.
