THE offices of the old CPAM (Primary Health Insurance Fund) tower of Valves (Morbihan) become housing as part of the group's Renaissance real estate program Giboire. An exceptional property is for sale at the top of the largest tower. State of affairs.
A T7 for sale
The Renaissance residence, awarded the 2022 Silver Pyramids of the FPI Bretagne (Regional Grand Prix), offers apartments from T2 to T7. The top floors offer views of the city and the Gulf of Morbihan. A T7 of 193.3 m² is still available on the 11th and 12th flooralmost 50 meters high.
The price of the apartment, also called “roof houses” by the developer, is as follows: 1 750 000 euros.
“We had interested people and contacts,” explains Guillaume Loyer, Brittany regional director of Giboire. “It’s the most beautiful view of Vannes. We can see the whole city and the Gulf of Morbihan. We will have a buyer for that,” says one of his colleagues.
For Michel Giboire, the accommodation will find a buyer. “You just need to visit the property to realize that it is exceptional,” says the president of the Rennes real estate group.
Delivery is planned during April 2025.
Marketing launched in 2021
In July 2017, the Giboire group bought the former CPAM to turn it into housing.
Thursday October 28, 2021, at the Palais des Arts et des Congrès, at the foot of the real estate program, Giboire officially launched the commercialisation of the Renaissance residence. There 12 story tower is preserved and rehabilitated (54 housing units). Two other five-story buildings came out of the ground. Six commercial premises are proposed on the ground floor.
The Rohan stream is discovered again. Please note, on the site, Morbihan Habitat has 36 housing units (social rental).
Other (more affordable) housing for sale
A little over three years later, on the 137 apartmentsa sixty remain for sale, according to the developer Giboire interviewed on December 19, 2024. Among them, the housing, the famous T7 (see above) on the top two floors.
“In the current real estate context, this is normal. Interest rates are not in our favor. But we remain confident,” we tell Giboire.
Since the launch of marketing, Giboire has made some discounts.
