Three races and three meeting records in the 50m breaststroke for Léon Marchand this Saturday. With a time of 27'86 in the final, he dropped below 28 seconds after a race where he was challenged for a long time by Sebastien Capogna, only 18 years old.

Béryl Gastaldello won the Women's 100m butterfly with a time of 59'42, the meeting record. The previous reference mark was previously held by Emma Morel in 1'01.34

Clément Secchi, the French team swimmer and Olympian, erased the record of… Léon Marchand (54.36), in the Gentlemen's 100m butterfly. With a victory in 51.86, Clément Secchi thus becomes the pope of the pap over the distance in Reunion. Léon Marchand had decided to skip the butterfly during this meeting.

At the end of a final supersonic length, of which he has the secret, the Réunionnais Maël Dijoux brilliantly won in 01'51.78 in the Gentlemen's 200m freestyle. The swimmer from the Melun club is ahead of Aurelien Descamps and Paul Alves Torres, both licensed in Marseille.
As a reminder, on Friday the four-time Olympic champion, Léon Marchand, won the 200m breaststroke. The French swimming icon beat the competition record he held in 2'11.46.
