Bim & Pif puts local so-called “natural” wines in the spotlight

The Bim & Pif association aims to promote biodynamic wines produced using the so-called natural method. But also the promotion of viticulture and its stakeholders through the dissemination of knowledge, via the organization of environmental, cultural, festive, historical or viticultural events and the establishment of an active network between stakeholders, winegrowers and peasant winegrowers, and catering.

The president of the association Sébastien Chatillon explains: “We are creating in Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie, for the first time, an event around pottery, wine and catering, in association with Les Ateliers en fête, Sunday December 22 in the heart of the village.”

Many activities will be on the program: from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the Pèbre d'Aï and the Café Quentine will welcome visitors to eat street food, with a pre-selection of wines from the 12 winegrowers present. Bim glasses will be available for €5 for tastings at Pèbre d'Aï, Café Quentine, Savonnerie Simple and Quentin Le Cléac'h distillery. From 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., the shops of ceramists and craftsmen will open their doors, while tasting the wines of around ten winegrowers. Direct sales from winegrowers to individuals in boutiques participating in the event. From 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., the Bim & Pif team will welcome fans to Frip'So, for a Christmas aperitif. Bar, catering and DJ set on site.
