The nurse was arrested Tuesday evening around 7 p.m. as he arrived to take his shift at the Assistance publique – Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP) establishment. He is suspected of having, the previous night, entered the room of a 15-year-old girl hospitalized in the structure.

A judicial investigation was opened by the Bobigny public prosecutor's office. The nurse, aged 37, was placed in pre-trial detention.
