The Grand-Dakar police station put an end to the actions of Koranic master A. Mbaye who was referred this Friday for multiple thefts. Commissioner Adama Wele recently received complaints and denunciations relating to the actions of this serial thief who makes the rounds of family ceremonies in Grand-Dakar. The use of images and police investigations made it possible to locate him at the so-called “Casamance” garage in Grand-Dakar where he was captured.
