Briançon 6 – Anglet 1
By perfectly managing its weak moments and finally showing itself to be opportunistic, Briançon blew up Anglet 6 to 1 this Friday at René-Froger.
Well in place defensively and offering an effective game without a puck, the Red Devils perfectly managed their duel against Hormadi this Friday. In front throughout the match, Pierre Bergeron's men slowly but surely broke through to lead 3-1 at the end of the second period, before stepping on the accelerator and scoring three new goals. A third success in a row at the expense of the Basques who had already lost twice in November at René-Froger.
Persson (x2), Barnaby, Despatie, Lemay and Villiot blackened the score sheet for the Briançonnais who will travel to Gap on Sunday.

Grenoble 6 – Amiens 0
Grenoble met Amiens this Friday evening in the championship, only two days after the quarter-final of the Coupe de France, won by the Brûleurs de loups (4-2). Between the fights and the bad shots, the Grenoblois inflicted a severe 6-0 on Amiens, thanks in particular to a hat-trick from Aurélien Dair.
The reunion promised to be tough after the quarter-final won by the Brûleurs de loups (4-2) on Wednesday evening, that was the case. The score remained goalless during the first third, but the friction gradually intensified until a big fight after a face-off in the second third. François Beauchemin and James Phelan, where gloves and blows fell on the Polesud ice between the two players. The Gothic Phelan received a match penalty and he came out to the boos of the public and angry stick hits from the Red and Blue on the ice to accompany him to his bench. In response, the Amiens raised his arms to ironically greet the 4,129 spectators at Polesud. François Beauchemin received a five-minute penalty. There was tension, but also a hockey match on the Grenoble ice cube. So the score was 0-0 after the first third, Matias Bachelet, deflecting the puck in front of Kozun opened the scoring (32'43) and Alexandre Mallet scored the second goal for Grenoblois at the end of the third (37'29) , once spirits had calmed slightly.
Hat-trick in eight minutes for Dair
In the third third, Grenoble continued its enormous work and always went to the cage. Everything accelerated in the last minutes when Aurélien Dair scored the 4e goal with a superb shot into the top corner from afar (52'31). The Grenoblois even scored a hat-trick (57'46 and 59'45) at the very end of the match. Beauchemin also went from his goal (55'42) and Pintaric, throughout all this, remained invincible. In short, a rich evening in Polesud.
Nice 1 – Gap 2 (a.p.)
A week after their victory against Cergy-Pontoise, the Gapençais met this Friday in Nice, another direct opponent in the race for the play-offs. After a first third ended with a goalless draw, despite Nice's domination in the number of shots (14 against 5), the second ended with an advantage in favor of the Raptors after a goal from Dalecky.
An advantage held for a long time by Sébastien Rohat's players, who ended up breaking less than 6 minutes from the siren. It was Loizeau, the ex-Rapace, who equalized and sent the Eagles into overtime. An extension that the Haut-Alpins attacked in inferiority, without consequence. And they finished in superiority, with a winning goal from Correia 14 seconds into the penalty shootout. Thanks to this success, Gap is back on par with Anglet in the standings, with the two teams on 24 points. Because at the same time, Hormadi had a go at… Briançon, Gap's next opponent from Sunday at the Alp'Arena.
