The situation of Ax Aide employees has not improved, it has even gotten worse! The employees invaded the legal representative this morning at 10 a.m. in so that he could resolve the situation.

This Friday, December 20 at 10 a.m., the office of the legal representative responsible for the management of Ax Aide in Tarbes after its liquidation was invaded by employees.

Exasperated and desperate, they were there to demand what is owed to them: their salary for the month of November, covered by salary guarantee insurance (AGS). For weeks, they have been experiencing increasing precariousness after the closure of the Ax Aide company.

A catastrophic situation

While this crisis would have required rapid and human intervention, the reality is quite different. Not only have salaries not been paid, but the situation seems to be getting worse every day. The impact on employees is dramatic: stress, exhaustion, and for some, serious medical consequences.

Yesterday, a pregnant employee had to be transported to the emergency room because her state of health had deteriorated due to stress. This morning, another employee felt unwell in front of her colleagues, requiring the intervention of the firefighters.

Running out of patience

Faced with this blatant indifference, the employees took a radical decision: to block the office of the legal representative until a concrete solution was provided to them. This strong gesture testifies to their despair, but also to their violated dignity.

A Christmas without light

This Christmas, which should have been a time of joy and sharing, promises to be dark for these families. Their struggle, much more than a wage demand, is a demand for recognition and justice. They are not asking for privileges, but simply what is rightfully theirs.
