“It’s the culmination of an adventure that thrilled us,” rejoices Marie. After three years of work, the midwife, a colleague and two other professionals are preparing to open the doors of the care center they have just created. His name? Celestial. The structure is installed in new premises at 9, rue du Docteur Emile-Roux in , near the Océane clinic. It will welcome the public from January 13.

The establishment, which extends over 500 square meters, is made up of three spaces. One, medical, will accommodate a psychiatrist and two midwives. Another, paramedical, will house two physiotherapists and a podiatrist. Finally, the treatment space will be reserved for alternative medicine practitioners. “A space has been designed to accommodate a nursery later,” explains Marie. This will be done step by step. »

“Offer a cocoon”

The specificity of Céleste? “It will be a family place which will bring together several professions around perinatal care, women and the family,” emphasizes Marie. And Flora adds: “We complement each other. We will be able to offer a cocoon where parents feel good, which can also serve as a place of resources. » The objective being to create links, cohesion, moments of meeting and sharing can be organized between parents and future parents.

Céleste will get off to a flying start. With premises that are full. “There are no more spaces to purchase or rent, but we can look for one-off tenants provided that they have an activity complementary to ours. »
