Third wave of announcements Thursday December 19, 2024 for Guitar Break. The festival which will be held at bleach (Tarn) from 1is to July 5, 2025. After a first trio announced at the beginning of November (Sting, Julien Doré and Ben Mazué) and seven new names sent three weeks later (Franz Ferdinand, Philippe Katerine, Fire! ChattertonDinaa, La Femme, Etienne Fletcher and Santa), the Arpèges and Trémolos team has struck again with seven artists revealed at once.
It remained to give the names of those who were going to perform at the foot of the cathedral on July 3. Because it is the event of this 29e edition, the return of concerts on the Sainte-Cécile square (4,000 places). But it also remained to reveal the artists of an enigmatic “rock evening” at Pratgraussals on July 5, or even all the other names who will accompany Sting on July 4…
Two rappers
So on July 3, at the foot of the cathedral, there will be SCH, Carbonne et Yoa. A rapper from Marseille, a man from Montpellier and a rising Franco-Swiss singer for a very urban evening.
To accompany Sting on July 4 at Pratgraussals, there will be Kimberose et Lucky Lovewhich we saw during the opening ceremony of the Paralympic Games last summer.
Finally Adele Castillon will be on July 3 in Pratgraussals with Julien Doré, Ben Mazué and Santa.
While on July 5, on the big stage we will find… the famous rock group The Kills !
Passes are snatched
Unsurprisingly with the names announced, discounted tickets on sale before Christmas are snapped up. Almost all the three-day passes at Pratgraussals have left and those at the foot of Sainte-Cécile take the same route.
Who else?
And it’s not over yet. There are still other names to be announced. Including three to accompany The Kills on Saturday evening, but also one name on Friday. For city center concerts, on the other hand, the list is now complete.
Pause Guitare Festival, in Albi from 1is to July 5, 2024. More information here. The ticket office is over there.
