After the astonishing events seen in the stands with the irruption of several members of the Loire Brigade (Nantes) on the pitch against the HAC, the Canaries had seen the case being investigated by the Disciplinary Commission of the LFP. This same commission today ruled on the case in question and was rather lenient towards the Nantes supporters and the FCN, who only received a suspended closure for a match at the Loire stand, in addition to the partial closure already purged beforehand. Elsewhere, it is the clubs of Rennes and of Saint-Étienne who will suffer the most from the decisions taken by the League since their stadiums will be behind closed doors during the coming days.
