Here is the weather forecast established by the General Directorate of Meteorology for Thursday December 19, 2024.
– Low clouds and misty formations early in the morning near the Atlantic coasts north of Essaouira. – Night and morning frost on the reliefs, the high plateaus of the Oriental and on the South-Eastern slopes.
– Sky covered by high clouds during the day over the Saharan provinces as well as the north of the country. – Largely sunny weather during the day in the Center.
– Dust or sand blowing still likely in places in the South.
– Cloudy periods which may drop a few scattered drops over the far northwest of the country the following night. – Moderate to weak easterly wind in the South and weak variable elsewhere.
– Minimum temperature of around -01/04°C on the reliefs of the Atlas, the eastern slopes and on the eastern high plateaus, of around 11/15°C in the extreme south of the country and over the Mediterranean and around 07/11°C elsewhere.
– Daily temperature falling slightly in the Center and the North and varying little in the South.
– Beautiful to slightly rough seas on the Mediterranean, not very rough on the Strait and not very rough to rough along the Atlantic coast, becoming locally rough in the evening between Tangier and Cape Ghir.
