The former British Ambassador to Morocco thus strengthens the international positioning of the group and its expertise in strategic consulting, while returning to a country he knows well.
Reilly will operate from Casablanca, where he will focus on geopolitical consulting, government relations, trade and public affairs missions on an international, European and African scale. His role will be essential in guiding Euros / Agency Africa, led by Salaheddine Mezouar and Lamiaa Bassim, in its strategic development projects.

With a rich and varied diplomatic career, Thomas Reilly will use his experience to support Euros / Agency Group on several strategic fronts. He will be mainly responsible for strengthening political due diligence missions, by offering a detailed analysis of political environments and geopolitical dynamics in Africa. This expertise will be crucial for companies and investors seeking to navigate a complex and evolving political environment.
Additionally, Reilly will support European public affairs, drawing on his experience as Senior Advisor for International Public Affairs at Royal Dutch Shell and Covington. He will advise the group’s clients on complex matters relating to international commercial relations and European legislation.
