At the end of the ballot from December 9 to 11, 2024, renewing the board of directors of La Rochelle University, the lists of Gérard Blanchard, the only declared candidate for the office of president, won 12 seats. The other teacher seats are divided between Snesup-FSU (2) and the “Another voice” list (1). Among the Biatss, the SNPTES-Unsa will have two elected officials, tied with two other lists without a label. Among students, one seat goes to UNI, 3 to “Student Voice” and 2 to “Efficiency”. Gérard Blanchard wants to appease the establishment and review the hyper-specialization around the coast. The presidential election is scheduled for January 20, 2025.
