Isère will once again see a - stage finish!

The president of the Department and departmental councilor of the canton, Jean-Pierre Barbier, the departmental councilor of the canton, Claire Debost, and Joël Gullon, mayor of the commune and president of Bièvre Isère Community, are delighted to soon host this legendary race, which will give good visibility to the territory. On March 13, Paris-Nice will indeed arrive at La Côte Saint-André, at the end of its 5th stage.

On March 13, 2025, La Côte Saint-André will welcome the runners upon their arrivalat the end of the 5th stage, 196.5 km long, which will start in Saint-Just en Chevalet ().

The runners will enter Isère via Saint-Alban-du-Rhône, after covering 130 km.
They will still have to cover 66.5 km, crossing Montseveroux, Primarette, Bossieu, Arzay, Ornacieux-Balbins, to finish with the very selective coast of Notre-Dame de Sciez.

This short but severe climb will be one of the new features of the route for this 2025 edition.
The world’s best riders in the peloton (Remco Evenepoel, Matteo Jorgenson, etc.) will find there a first course conducive to attacks, particularly on this final climb.
