Are the Hautes-Alpes heading towards a “record vintage” at the next Concours Général Agricole? In all, 160 products, presented by around forty producers, will be in the running during this competition organized on the sidelines of the 61st International Agricultural Show in Paris. It will be held from February 22 to March 2.

Wine, honey, jams, fruit juices, liqueurs, dairy products and cheeses, beer, cold meats, aquaculture products will be presented to the jury.

In 2024, the department had already acquired a record with 46 medals, including 20 gold, 19 silver and seven bronze

The Hautes-Alpes Development Agency is crossing its fingers that a new harvest of charms will be there, especially since 9 out of 10 French people admit a positive role in their purchasing behavior of a product having obtained a medal from the Concours Général Agricole, according to Opinionway.
