An innovative model of access to public services
France Services, a flagship system launched by the State, is revolutionizing access to administrative procedures for all French people. Whether you live in the city or in rural areas, this one-stop shop guarantees personalized, quality support.
Users find answers to their needs thanks to trained advisors, available to help them in their procedures with nine national partners (such as CAF, Pôle emploi, or even taxes), as well as with local structures. The ambition is clear: to bring public services closer to citizens' daily lives by offering them a quality welcome, close to home.
Beyond administrative procedures, France Services also positions itself as a space for social innovation and local dynamism. In collaboration with local stakeholders, these places become common centers offering various services in the cultural, social, economic or educational fields.
