The latter took stock of the delinquency recorded in mid-2024. “Sexual violence refers to all sexual acts committed with violence, coercion, threat or surprise,” recalls the government. In Yvelines, between July 2023 and June 2024, the rate of sexual violence increased. It went from 1.3 incidents per 1,000 inhabitants to 1.4 incidents per 1,000.
