Many local producers had made the trip and offered typically regional products.
Among the many exhibitors, Christelle and Florian Roujol, from Ferme de Crubillé, presented their production of semi-cooked prunes, rewarded with a silver medal at the Aquitaine flavors competition in 2020.
“We are a small farm of 120 ha, including 8 ha of plum trees in production, a few Blonde d'Aquitaine cows, around thirty laying hens. We have been producing in polyculture for 3 generations, and since July 2020 we have been offering our products to the direct sale: eggs, prunes, fresh fat cow, and also some spirits, (to be consumed in moderation)”, specifies the farmer.
In addition to its prunes of exceptional taste quality, Florian Roujol also offered prune cream (cooked in a copper cauldron), prune juice (obtained by water extraction, 100% natural) and prune jam. plums, (cooked slowly in a copper basin, and lightly mixed thus restoring the original taste of the ente plum, fleshy and juicy) bronze medalist for flavors of Nouvelle Aquitaine in 2021.
The Crubillé farm is located at 1268 Route du Loulinet, (locality Crubillé-haut), 47290 Beaugeas.

In addition to the stands of local producers, CFAA students also paraded aboard splendid tractors adorned with Christmas lights.
Of course Santa Claus came to greet the exhibitors and visitors, so we have already set the date for next year for a second edition which will undoubtedly be just as successful.
