Two thousand five hundred wild boar-based meals were donated to Secours populaire français by the ONF. This is a partnership signed between the National Forestry Office and the French Secours populaire, a total donation of nearly 1000 kg of cooked wild boar meat from state forests will enable 1,250 families of four, i.e. 5,000 individual meals to be distributed on two Secours Populaire Français sites. In the Oise, it comes from shooting actions in the Compiègne national forest by members of the GICAST association, tenants and partners of the ONF's forest-game balance.
The first pallet of 2,500 individual meals was given to the Oise Popular Relief Federation in Nogent-sur-Oise. It is a little after 10 a.m. when beneficiaries can obtain the precious packages.
