The pickpocket acted under the eyes of police officers from SISTC, a service specializing in public transport in Lyon. A 29-year-old man stole a passenger's cell phone at Cordeliers metro station (Lyon 2e ), around 8:20 p.m., Saturday, during the Festival of Lights. He was arrested after plunging his hand into the victim's pocket.
