If someone says “Phil’Good” to you, what do you think of? Of the souvenirs dating back around thirty years could well resurface. And you would be right.
Opened in 1996, it was one of the firsts Chaumont sandwich shops specializing in paninis. For 2 years, the clientele was there, making this place a warm and friendly place. From one day to the next, wanting to learn about areas other than cooking, Philippe decides to close Phil'Good, much to the dismay of the regulars.
All this time…
Pendant 10 ansthe latter will live a nomadic life in his truck between France and Morocco. In particular, he set up a paragliding company there with young people from the neighborhood in which he lived. It was only in 2023 that Philippe decided to to come back in Chaumont, where it all began!
A beneficial absence
“I’ve always wanted to do this since I was a kid,” he says. From a very young age, Philippe dreamed of getting a foot in the business artistic. This break will be beneficial to him since he will be able to move forward on certain projects that have been on his mind for several years. Books, music or even comics…
