Uncertainty hung over the good performance of the Menestrail in Moncontour, this Friday, December 6, 2024 in the early evening. Due to the orange vigilance announced, in relation to the Darragh storm, the organization was in permanent contact with the Côtes-d'Armor prefecture.

The slogan “Menestrail, the night, the wind, the mud” is more relevant than ever.

Saturday morning events will not be postponed

As the event takes place largely in the woods, there is a risk of a tree falling. Several scenarios were considered, including shifting the events from Saturday morning to the afternoon, namely the Grand Menestrail and the Menestrail.

Finally, after a crisis meeting, the prefecture gave the green light shortly after 9 p.m.
