Dave “Pic” Turmel is officially the most wanted criminal in Canada, according to the Bolo program, which collaborates with various Canadian police services.
He is just ahead of All Boivin, who had already been on the list for several months.
Rewards of up to $250,000 are being offered to find the two fugitives, until June 3, 2025.
