Donald Trump announced, Monday, December 2, that he will attend the reopening of Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris, where around fifty heads of state and government are expected.
The reopening of Notre-Dame is historic and will make headlines around the world. Under no circumstances would Donald Trump have missed this opportunity. He is one of the first foreign politicians to formalize his arrival in a message on his own social network. “I have the honor to announce that I will be traveling to Paris, France on Saturday to witness the reopening of the magnificent and historic Notre-Dame Cathedral, which has been fully restored”he indicated.
News that leaves passers-by in disbelief. “He has just been elected president of the largest country in the world. The fact that he is coming is a bit of an honor for France”confided a tourist. This will be Donald Trump's first trip abroad since his re-election. “It’s a way to represent the United States”estimated an American tourist.
