The festival dedicated to Japanese gastronomy returns to Paris in 2025
For these 10 years, “It’s okay!” Japan” has delicious surprises in store for you. On the program: Come and taste specialties from the Land of the Rising Sun such as wasabi, tea, sweets, sake, ramen, etc.
You can also take advantage of it to buy tableware, Japanese kitchen utensils to prepare your best dishes, but also real kimonos and traditional decoration straight from Japan. For three days, you will discover the work of nearly 40 passionate and committed producers and traders ! The festival promises a real dive into Japanese craftsmanship.
You will find in particular:
- Sake Avenue (sake brand)
- Kameya Foods Corporation (grocery products)
- The Shôbi House (Japanese tea and ceramics)
- Madame Haori (kimonos)
- Ebisu Poissonnerie (fresh fish specialties).
In addition, activities and meetings are planned throughout the show! Interventions and demonstrations by Japanese chefs will be organized to perfect your cooking techniques!
