A new Left Bank restaurant
The protégé of Alain Ducasse, with whom he developed the concept of Naturalness for several years at palace Plaza Athénée, has just signed the takeover of the Garance restaurant, 35 rue Saint Dominique, in the 7th arrondissement. Excellent news for all Parisian gourmets that this return to the stage and to the Seine of the prodigal chef, after the bucolic adventure in the Normandy hotel Primard estate. He has entrusted the renovation work to architect Rebecca Levy-Sitbon – already noted for her work at Datil – and we hope for an opening at the very beginning of the year. Gourmet format : 25 seats and a table that can be privatized, with independent entrance, particularly popular with neighboring politicians and beautiful peopthe in search of anonymity.
