The Entente Sud Haute-Marne, which remains on two consecutive victories against Mulhouse and Châlons, will try to confirm, this Sunday, November 10, with the reception of Pont-à-Mousson, at the Daniel-Louis stadium in Chaumont, at 15 h.
Undefeated on the Langres pitch, the Chaumonto-Langrois lost in the prefectural city against the Cheminots de Strasbourg. The match of the day is on the ropes for the Entente Sud Haute-Marne, facing Lorraine ranked 7e and who have only won once since the start of the season. “The objective is of course to win to finish the first phase with a positive result. It's a shame to have lost at home to Strasbourg. We must not restart Pont-à-Mousson,” explains Jacques Rachet, the forward coach of Entente Sud Haute-Marne.
The task will not be easy for Charly Mirand's teammates who will face a Pont-à-Mousson team which has a reputation for being rough and very strong in combat. “We will have to put in the same ingredients as against Châlons, showing a lot of involvement and it should work. If we manage to surprise them, we can claim victory.”
The Chaumonto-Langrois will be able to rely on their conquest to undermine this formation of Pont-à-Mousson. “For several matches, we have had clean balls and we have made progress on carried balls. We are going to concentrate on our game,” warns Jacques Rachet.
If successful on Sunday, the Entente Sud Haute-Marne would remain in the right car.
