According to “Le Parisien”, four hooded men threatened the managers and stole nearly €4,000 as well as numerous packets of cigarettes and scratch games. Some were armed with a window-breaking hammer.

A robbery took place in Grigny (Essonne) on the morning of Sunday November 24, 2024. According to information from Parisian four hooded men burst into a tobacco bar in the city around 8:30 a.m., when the store had just opened. They then allegedly threatened the two managers by asking them to empty the store's cash registers. Some were armed with a window-breaking hammer.

Frightened, the traders immediately obeyed. The criminals thus stole around €4,000 in cash, according to our colleagues. Still threatening the two managers, they also stole numerous packets of cigarettes and scratch games. When the police arrived there, they had already fled. An investigation was opened to find them.
The same day, a robbery also took place in the Westfield Les 4 Temps shopping center, located in La Défense (Hauts-de-Seine). Two men in helmets and gloves entered a telephone store and threatened staff. They left with around fifty smartphones, the vast majority iPhones. The damage is expected to exceed €35,000.
