Laetitia Thiebaut fell into flour from her childhood. In fact, his dad was a baker and pastry chef. “I watched him do a lot. She obtained her CAP as a baker and pastry chef at the Saint-Exupéry high school in Saint-Dizier. Then, she took a professional hotel services baccalaureate in . For ten years, she worked as room manager at the Chantecoq inn in Giffaumont. Still in the service, she officiated at the Hôtel du Soleil d'Or and at the Grand-Pont restaurant in Joinville. Gold, “pastry was always my passion, so in these restaurants I helped a lot in the kitchen”, specifies the young woman. She even became a teacher at the Saint-Exupéry vocational high school for three years, teaching the art of service to students.

Last March, she launched her micro-enterprise called “Laetibiscuit”.
